A building material supplier in Borough Park, Brooklyn, open to the trade and the public.
The combination in the name is the point. Lumber and plumbing supply under one roof means the framing package and the rough plumbing can go on the same ticket and the same truck, instead of being chased across two suppliers with two delivery windows.
We sell to contractors, shops, supers, property managers and homeowners. Most of what leaves the yard is a priced material list rather than a walk-in purchase: you send a takeoff, a plan set or a photo of a list, and you get back an itemised price with the stock items and the special-order items separated so you know what can move today.
If you buy regularly, ask the desk whether a trade account makes sense for your volume. That is a conversation at the counter, decided case by case — this website does not offer pricing, terms or credit, and nothing on it is an offer of any.
How we work
We supply material, we do not install
We are a material supplier. We do not perform installation work, and we do not act as a contractor on your job. Where a question is about how something should be installed, we will tell you what we know about the material and leave the means and methods to you.
Counts and stock
We pull straight stock and clean sheets, and the count on the ticket should match the count on the truck. If a delivery is short, call the desk and we will fix it rather than argue about it.
Lead times are estimates until they are quoted
Every lead time on this site is general guidance. The date you can plan around is the one that comes back on your quote, after we have checked the specific item.
No claims we cannot back
We name brands we can quote and supply. We do not claim exclusive distribution, authorised-dealer status, certifications or affiliations we do not hold. If a bid or a specification depends on us holding one, ask before you rely on it and you will get a straight answer in writing.
What is on this site, and what is not
The catalog describes the kinds of material we handle. It is not a live stock list, and it is not a price list. Delivery scheduling, fees, terms and what is physically on the rack today are all answered by the desk on your quote, not by a web page.
